When you’re planning an elopement, you want the experience to feel easy, meaningful, and beautifully taken care of. But even “simple” elopements come with many small details, decisions, and logistics that can quickly become stressful when you’re coordinating everything from another country. The all-inclusive option in my elopement packages is designed to make your entire experience feel effortless from the moment you book until the moment you fly back home.
Because instead of trying to organize vendors, payments, currencies, timelines, expectations, and communication in a foreign country, you let me handle everything in one smooth, organized system. And that changes everything.

With all-inclusive, you don’t need to compare ten different options or figure out which vendors are reliable, speak English, or understand the uniqueness of adventure elopements. You don’t need to email around, wait for responses, or worry about someone disappearing two months before your date.
You tell me your vision and I bring you the team who fits it. And you know that every person involved is experienced, trustworthy, and aligned with your day.
If you’re traveling from the US or Canada, this part is a lifesaver.
Instead of navigating different currencies, ATM fees, bank transfers, or vendors who only accept cash, you make one payment to me online in euros — and that’s it. You never need to worry about how to pay local vendors or whether they’ll accept your card.
Many Italian vendors still don’t use systems like Stripe (as I do), and some prefer cash or old-fashioned transfer methods that can confuse couples who aren’t familiar with European banking. The all-inclusive option removes all of that stress and uncertainty.

Vendors usually need two payments:
I handle both on your behalf.
The retainer is paid immediately to lock them in, and the rest is paid after your elopement day. You don’t have to worry about deadlines, reminders, or last-minute bank issues during your trip. Everything happens behind the scenes so you can simply enjoy the experience.
This is a big one that couples often underestimate.
Not all Italian vendors speak English well. In the Dolomites, many speak German as their first language. Communicating clearly about makeup preferences, hairstyle details, timing, locations, and logistics becomes surprisingly difficult if the vendor doesn’t fully understand you.
Because I personally speak English, Estonian, German — and because I’ve already worked with many vendors — I make sure communication is smooth and everyone understands exactly what you want. This prevents misunderstandings, avoids disappointment, and ensures the day feels effortless.

Elopements don’t require dozens of vendors. Usually you need:
That’s it. And I only recommend people who are reliable, kind, flexible, and used to the unique rhythm of adventure elopements.
Every vendor has a different way of working. Some want WhatsApp, some want email, some answer once a week, some want bank transfers with specific details. When you book them yourself, you suddenly need to adapt to every single system.
With all-inclusive, you only adjust to one system — mine.
I communicate with everyone else. Make sure nobody has forgotten us, everybody has the latest version of the timeline. Everybody knows when and where to show up.

The best part?
You land, check into your hotel, and start enjoying your trip without a single logistical thought.
No emailing vendors to confirm details.
No worrying about whether they have the newest timeline.
No wondering if someone forgot about you.
No stress about where people will meet you.
Everything is already handled.
For example, with hair and makeup: I meet you the day before your elopement anyway. And if you have a hair and make-up artist working for you, I will check your hotel room to choose the best spot for your artist to set up.
Good lighting + a clean background = beautiful getting-ready photos.
Not all corners of a hotel room are ideal for photography, and not all hair and make-up artists naturally choose the spot that works best for photos. I help them set up in the right place so everything runs even smoother.
This way, when your HMUA arrives early in the morning, they know exactly where to go — and you don’t have to move furniture around at 4 AM.

Instead of juggling vendors, currency exchanges, language barriers, research, and payments, you get to:
Be present.
Enjoy your day fully.
Trust the timeline.
Know everything is taken care of.
Focus on each other instead of logistics.
You get to live your elopement — not manage it.
And that’s exactly what this all-inclusive option is designed to give you:
Freedom, peace, and a day that feels effortlessly unforgettable.
