When you book me, you’re not just getting someone who shows up with a camera and snaps some pretty pictures. You’re getting a planner, travel buddy, and friend who is all in with you from the moment you reach out until long after your gallery is delivered. Here’s everything that’s always included in my elopement packages:
There’s a lot more to building a timeline than just “ceremony here, photos there.” I think about bathroom breaks, possible traffic jams at certain times of the day, and adding buffer time in case we get a spontaneous idea like grabbing a pizza or making a stop for gelato. But at the same time, I avoid putting in too much buffer, because that can make it feel like there’s nothing to do, which isn’t fun either.
When I put your itinerary together, I base it on the activities and locations you’ve chosen but also think about when these places are at their absolute best. Sometimes that means planning to avoid crowds, or making sure we don’t end up hiking during the hottest part of the day. I also plan around light, because that’s what makes your photos so epic.
Google might say sunset is 8:30pm, but if we’re down in a valley, the light will be gone an hour earlier because the mountains block it. This is something couples often don’t realize when they plan on their own, but I’ve got it covered. My goal is always to make the day flow naturally, without stress, and make sure you’re in the right place at the right time for the best possible experience (and photos!).

I block out 4–5 days just for you, and that flexibility is something most photographers don’t offer. It means if the weather brings excessive rain, storms, or other extreme conditions, we can move to a backup day without stress. I want to be clear though: fog, wind, or a little drizzle aren’t reasons to reschedule—those often give us some of the most magical photos. The backup day is there for when it’s truly impossible or unsafe to continue as planned.
Another reason I keep several days open is because accessibility and regulations in the mountains can change quickly. Trails close for maintenance, gondolas shut down, or new rules are added to manage tourism—and many of these updates aren’t even listed online. That’s why I go scout your locations right before your elopement, so we don’t get any unpleasant surprises.
Lake Braies is the perfect example. To book a private early-morning session there, reservations only open on February 1st. But most couples book their photographer months before that. If you don’t get your preferred date in February, you might suddenly have to shuffle your photographer, hair and makeup artist, florist, and travel plans—which can become stressful and expensive. With me, you don’t have to panic. Since I’ve blocked multiple days for you, we can easily pivot to your reserved backup day. And even if that gets booked before your Braies reservation is confirmed, we still have extra days to play with, without affecting any of my other clients.
This level of flexibility is what makes your elopement feel relaxed and stress-free, even when we’re dealing with strict rules, unpredictable weather, or last-minute changes.

Elopement planning can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re coming from abroad. But here’s the good news: I don’t just show up on the day and wing it. I’m with you every step of the way, helping with the big things—like trail scouting and vendor recommendations—and also with the little things that pop into your mind at 11pm.
Not sure what kind of bouquet survives a hike? Wondering which shoes work best on rocky trails? Need vow-writing tips or a reminder of what snacks to bring? I’ve got you covered. I’ve been through this process enough times to know all the questions that usually come up, and I love being the person you can turn to for quick answers.
For me, planning support isn’t about overwhelming you with information—it’s about making things simple. You can focus on the fun and excitement of your day, and I’ll quietly make sure the details fall into place.

Elopement days are long, and honestly, they’re exhausting—for you emotionally, and for me mentally and physically. And I say that with love, because I wouldn’t trade this job for anything. But part of why I only book a limited number of elopements per year is because I give a huge chunk of my energy to each couple. My energy is my currency.
Here’s what that looks like: I keep track of time and make sure we’re on schedule. I check in on how you’re feeling, if you’re warm enough, if you need water. I guide your posing so it looks flattering and natural. I’m thinking about light, backdrops, and creative shots all day long. My job is also to coordinate with other vendors—helping the hair and makeup artist pick the best spot in the apartment, making sure the florist knows where to deliver, etc. I refresh weather apps multiple times a day from reliable sources.
I also show up pumped. My energy sets the tone. If I’m tired or distracted, I can’t give you the kind of experience you deserve. And that’s not okay with me. By keeping my calendar spacious, I ensure I show up fully rested, fully focused, and ready to give you my absolute best.

Almost every couple tells me the same thing: “It felt like hanging out with a friend.” And that’s exactly how I want it to be. When you feel like you’re in the friend-zone with me, the photos turn out natural, candid, and full of life. If you feel stressed or unsure what to do, it will show in the photos.
That’s why I guide you through everything—you’ll never be left wondering where to stand or how to pose. My direction is simple and easy, and usually gets you laughing or moving in a way that feels natural. By the time your elopement day arrives, we’ll already have a connection, so it won’t feel like you’re “performing” for the camera—it’ll just feel like spending the day with a friend who happens to have a camera along.
And that’s the magic. When you’re comfortable, you’ll love how you look in the photos and, just as importantly, you’ll love how you felt while taking them.
Surprise fees are not my style. All of my travel costs are already built into your package price, so you don’t have to guess or worry about anything extra showing up later. What you see is what you pay.
And because I value simplicity, I’ve made the whole process easy. Scheduling calls, signing contracts, making payments—it’s all done online, quickly and securely. My goal is that working with me feels seamless from start to finish. Elopement planning doesn’t need to be complicated, and I make sure it never is.

Your elopement isn’t just a single “I do” moment—it’s an entire story worth remembering. From the slow, quiet morning while you’re getting ready, to the adventure in the middle of the day, to stargazing at night, I’ll capture the whole journey.
Because I block out your entire day, you never have to worry about me leaving after a certain number of hours. If you want me for 8 hours or 14, I’m there—it doesn’t matter, because the day is reserved just for you. I’ll photograph wide shots with epic views, close-ups of emotional moments, posed portraits, and candid little in-betweens.
You’ll receive a complete online gallery that includes both color and black-and-white edits. And from there, you can easily order prints and albums if you want. The end result: a full, beautiful story of your day, from start to finish.

These seven things are part of every single package I offer, because I want your elopement to feel stress-free, flexible, and unforgettable. The photos are the bonus—you’ll also walk away knowing that you had an amazing experience where everything was taken care of.
